On February 25, the Dutch foundation Stop5GNL issued a summons to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, asking that 5G be prohibited “unless it is demonstrated with sufficient certainty, by consensus of the scientific community, that 5G does not pose a danger to public health in the long term.” The lawsuit will be heard in the District Court in The Hague.
